Varun Dhawan is an Indian actor, who is famous in Bollywood. He made his debut with the movie 'Student of the Year' alongwith Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. Biography
Varun Dhawan was born on 24 April 1987 in Mumbai to popular movie director David Dhawan. He has done his degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, UK. He has assisted Karan Johar for 'My Name Is Khan' and then was introduced by him in his flick 'Student of the Year'. He wanted to become a wrestler and was a big fan of wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Douglas Johnson (known by his ring name 'Rock'). Varun has won the Best Debut Male Award at the 19th Lion's Gold Awards (2013).
He had secured 82% in 10th standard but was a average student in school. He was called Pappu by his father when he was small and also is very close to his brother. Varun is very passionate about movies. He said, "Every film I do is like my child. I am so passionate about films that I can go to any extent. I can fall down, I can get up, I can be made fun of because it is my job."

Dilwale is an upcoming 2015 Indian comedy-drama movie, which is being directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Shetty and Gauri Khan. The movie features the lovely pair Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon in lead roles. The film is scheduled to release on 18 December 2015.
